Refund & Return Policy
Quick summary: Returns accepted within 7 days for unopened products. Faulty items replaced within 48 hours of reporting. Refunds processed within 5–7 business days.
1. Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is:
- Unused and unopened
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
⚠ For hygiene reasons, opened or used skincare products cannot be returned unless they are faulty upon arrival.
2. Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, contact us within 48 hours at support@deedeedermals.com with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the damaged or faulty item
- A brief description of the issue
We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you within 2 business days.
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
- Bank processing times may vary and are outside our control.
- You will receive an email confirmation once your refund is processed.
4. Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used skincare products (unless faulty upon arrival)
- Gift cards or promotional vouchers
- Items not in their original condition or packaging
- Items returned after the 7-day window has passed
- Sale or clearance items marked as final sale
5. How to Initiate a Return

- Include your order number and reason for return
- Attach a photo if the item is damaged or faulty
- Our team will respond within 1–3 business days with return instructions
Please do not return items without contacting us first — unrequested returns cannot be processed.
6. Return Shipping
If the return is due to a fault or error on our part, Deedee Dermals covers the return shipping cost. For personal-preference returns of unopened items, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
